You can register a new courierThe person who delivers Shipments to the recipient. using the panel that appears when you click the ‘+Add’ button in the bottom bar.
In the second column, you will see two icons:
icon: this indicates that the courierThe person who delivers Shipments to the recipient. is online and has a notification system set up on their phone. By clicking on it, you can send a notification to the courierThe person who delivers Shipments to the recipient..

- If it is red, the courierThe person who delivers Shipments to the recipient. has not authorised the Deliveo app to access their phone’s location. This affects several functions, and you may experience malfunctions.
- If it is yellow, the courierThe person who delivers Shipments to the recipient. has only granted the Deliveo app access to their location whilst the app is in use. This setting is not ideal, as the phone does not send its coordinates to the system whilst in sleep mode, which is a prerequisite for the system to function properly (e.g. the route will be missing).
- If it is green, Deliveo always has access to the phone’s coordinates (even in the background). This is the correct setting.

If you wish to create several courierThe person who delivers Shipments to the recipient.s at once, the system’s import function will help you do this. The file to be imported must consist of the following fields. The first row of the file is the header, so the order of the columns is arbitrary. Field separator: ; (semicolon). All fields are mandatory.

You can edit a courierThe person who delivers Shipments to the recipient.’s details by clicking on their name. The pop-up dialogue box contains two tabs:
- Basic details: here you can edit the courierThe person who delivers Shipments to the recipient.’s general details, such as their name, telephone number and address.
- Access
- To use the courierThe person who delivers Shipments to the recipient. app, you must set the courierThe person who delivers Shipments to the recipient. to active status. You can activate as many courierThe person who delivers Shipments to the recipient.s as you like, but only as many as your subscription allows can be online at any one time.
- If the courierThe person who delivers Shipments to the recipient. has forgotten their password, generate a new one using the magic wand icon and press the ‘Save’ button. You can also create your own password, but it must meet certain complexity requirements (the password must be at least 8 characters long and contain lower-case letters, upper-case letters, a number and a special character). When you save the password, the system will email the new password to the CourierThe person who delivers Shipments to the recipient.. (Before sending, please check that the email address is correct.)
- You can use the “Send SMS” toggle to set whether the CourierThe person who delivers Shipments to the recipient. can send an SMS to the recipient upon arrival. (The SMS template can be edited under the Settings / SMS menu item.)
