The app is free to download. After logging in, the app will update automatically if an update is available. You can also update the app manually by swiping down on the screen.
Logging out
You can log out of the app using the icon in the top right-hand corner of the home screen. If you log out, the app will not send your coordinates to the system, and you will not receive updates related to your delivery. After logging out, your login details will remain stored on the login screen.

Transfer
The transfer function is used to forward parcels (or collection tasks) (e.g. to another courierThe person who delivers Shipments to the recipient., a parcel point or a warehouse). You can forward them based on a scanned QR code or in bulk.
Batch delivery
If the system is in group signature mode, a button will appear on the login page if there are deliveries requiring a signature. You can change the signature method in the app’s Settings.
Settings
- Select the language that suits you.
- Set the display theme (Dark / Light / System).
- Distance filter: displays on the main screen those parcels that are within the distance set here from the courierThe person who delivers Shipments to the recipient.’s location. This reduces the chance of error and makes it easier to find the parcel.
- Hide zero cash-on-delivery: if enabled, the system will not display cash-on-delivery amounts of 0.
- Show OP2: if enabled, the system displays the parameter value in the yellow rectangle. (This is Optional Parameter #2, which can be renamed to anything. Here you can see the renamed text.)
- Automatic QR operation: if enabled, upon successful QR code scanning (instead of filtering), the app automatically initiates the collection or delivery process for the consignment. This speeds up the courierThe person who delivers Shipments to the recipient.’s work. This function does not replace the approval or the procedure required upon delivery.
- Scan tracking code: if enabled, the app will recognise the shipmentSend to An identifier that groups together packages sent from a Sender to a Recipient by a Customer at the same time. - Fields to display: you can set which data you want to see on the consignment cards.

- Do not use a delivery signature
- You want to sign for each item individually
- You want to confirm receipt of all parcels delivered to a single address with a single signature (in bulk).
- Navigation: you can choose which of your installed navigation apps you’d like to use with the Deliveo app for route planning.
List of items
We’ve broken things down into three lists in the app to make courierThe person who delivers Shipments to the recipient.s’ work easier. At the top of each list, there’s a search bar where you can enter any details of a parcel to search through the list of parcels. By tapping the small QR code icon, you can also scan the QR code on the parcel label using your device’s camera.
Combined list
This list contains both parcels ready for collection and those ready for delivery. In the header, you’ll find a small filter icon; clicking on it reveals the following two settings:
Hide items not scheduled for today: if you enable this in this list, the app will hide items not scheduled for today (as you don’t need to deal with them today).
Hide items picked up today: if you enable this, the app will hide items picked up today from this list (useful if your workflow involves transporting all items to a depot before delivery).
List of collectable parcels (green list)
In this list, you will only find items ready for collection.
List of deliverable items (blue list)
This list contains only items ready for delivery.
Functions available on parcel cards:
- Collecting a parcel (green list): you can initiate the collection process by tapping the green rectangle (DeliveoIDUnique primary identifier for shipments in the Deliveo system.). If you need to collect money from the sender, the amount will appear in a yellow rectangle.
- Delivery (blue list): you can start the delivery process by tapping the blue rectangle (DeliveoIDUnique primary identifier for shipments in the Deliveo system.).
- On the next screen, you can set the successful delivery (payment method in the case of cash on delivery) and the recipient’s name. To document a failed delivery attempt, select the reason why the delivery attempt failed. (You can edit these reasons in the Settings / Bounce menu.) If you select ‘Failed’, there will be an option (depending on the dispatcherThe Dispatcher member of the Courier Service team. Manages customers and dispatches couriers. He/she uses the Deliveo dispatcher (admin) portal.’s settings) where you can set the time when the delivery should be attempted again.
- On the next screen, you can have the recipient sign for receipt of the parcel. (If you are using the app in group signature mode, the signature screen will not appear here, but a button for this purpose will appear on the main screen.)
- If you need to collect money from the recipient, the amount will appear in a yellow rectangle. In addition to cash on delivery, the OP2 parameter may also appear on the consignment card in a yellow rectangle if it is enabled in the "Settings" menu. - If opening hours are defined for the address, you can view them by clicking here. If the current time falls within the opening hours, the icon turns green. - If a time slot has been set for the collection or delivery of a consignment, you can view it by clicking here. The icon is green if the current time falls within the time slot and red if it does not. (If no time slot has been set, it is grey.)
- By clicking on the camera icon, you can take a photo, which the app will upload to the system for this consignment. The photo taken can be viewed in the consignment dialogue box under the Documents tab.
- By clicking on the SMS icon, the system sends an SMS to the sender/recipient regarding your estimated time of arrival (calculated based on the time required to travel from your current location to the address). The content of the SMS template can be edited in the Settings / SMS menu.
- You can see the parcel number and weight of the consignment.
- Below the address details (depending on your settings), you can see the note.
- Initiating route planning to the address: Swiping the address to the left loads it into the navigation system set in Settings, which plans the route there. Deliveo has no influence on the route planning; it simply passes the destination coordinates to the navigation system selected in the Settings menu.
- Initiate a direct call to the Sender/Recipient: swiping the address to the right will cause the phone to call the number associated with that address.

Other operational features
The app sends coordinates to the Deliveo system only if the distance travelled exceeds 100m. This avoids unnecessary data traffic, allowing courierThe person who delivers Shipments to the recipient.s to work with longer battery life whilst using less data.
Android 11+ warning: these phones have an "Auto-reset Unused Apps" feature. If you do not open the courierThe person who delivers Shipments to the recipient. app for several months, the Android system will revoke previously granted permissions (GPS, camera). In this case, you must manually re-enable these permissions before use. This security feature can be disabled in the settings.
Supported devices
We do not test the app’s functionality on versions that are no longer supported (although they typically work). We no longer fix bug reports received for outdated versions.
Android
We always follow the officially supported versions. Regardless of this, it is possible that the app will run without errors on an older version.
