- Recipient's name
- The recipient's postcode, street, house number, building, floor, door
- The recipient's telephone number and e-mail address
- Comments (can be dictated using speech recognition)

Contrary to typical and logical behaviour, it is not mandatory to enter the recipient's name or telephone number in the module.
