This subpage allows the sender or recipient, provided they have the link, to obtain information about the consignment without the need for authentication, as well as to modify certain parameters.
The Tracking URL can be inserted into most notification templates, so the Sender or Recipient can access it via either an SMS or an email. The feature is available in several languages.
On the parcel tracking page, the recipient has the following options:
- You can view the sender and recipient of the parcel on a map.
- You can see the courierThe person who delivers Shipments to the recipient.’s current geographical position, updated every minute.*
- You can change the exact delivery location within a 2 km radius. (The app will guide the courierThe person who delivers Shipments to the recipient. to this exact point.) To change the delivery location, click on the blue balloon marking the delivery address and drag it to the location where you would like the delivery point to be. The balloon will turn red if you drag it to an area where the delivery point cannot be changed. *
- On the parcel tracking page, the recipient can change the delivery time for the parcel. A delivery slot of at least 4 hours can be selected between 8 am and 6 pm. The delivery date can be selected up to one week in advance (deliveries cannot be scheduled for weekends). *
- You can add additional text to the note for the parcel. (If you’re viewing the page on a mobile device, tap the microphone icon: this allows you to add text to the note by dictating.)
