Prerequisites
- a subscribed Deliveo API connection;
- authorisation to install, configure and use the add-on.
Installation and access

Creating event types
Before using the event log, you must create the event types you wish to use.
Examples:
- oil change;
- tyre change;
- brake pad replacement;
- scheduled maintenance;
- MOT;
- repairs.
To create a new event type:
- Open the ‘Event Types’ menu item.
- Enter the name of the event type.
- Click the Save button.
The event type you have created can then be selected in the event log.
Recording an event
To record a new repair or maintenance event, open the ‘Event Log’ menu item. The following details can be entered:

- Date
- Cost
- Comments
To save this entry, click the Save button.

Reviewing the event log
Saved events are displayed in a table.
The columns:
- Description
- Event type
- Date
- Comment
- Price

- can be sorted by column;

Recording a document
To manage documents:

Type
Enter the document type. Examples:
- Registration;
- MOT;
- Insurance;
- Licence;
- Other document.
Expiry date
Enter the last day of the document’s validity.
Document number
Enter the document’s identification number or reference number. This add-on does not handle file uploads on this interface, but rather records the document’s details and expiry date.
List of document entries
Saved documents are displayed in a table. The columns are:
- Type
- Expiry
- Document number
Documents are always linked to the relevant vehicleVehicles are the means of transport used by Couriers to make deliveries (bicycle, car, truck, etc.).. As shown on the screen, there are no separate edit or delete buttons for individual document entries.
Deleting expired document entries
Entries for expired documents can be deleted on the Settings page.
- Open the Settings menu.
- Click the ‘Permanently delete expired document entries’ button.
Please note: this action is permanent and cannot be undone. Before deleting, check that the data from the expired documents is not required for future record-keeping or auditing purposes.
Recommended workflow

- Create the required event types.
- Record repair and maintenance events.

Common errors

Event type cannot be selected
First, create at least one event type in the ‘Event Types’ menu.
The event cannot be saved
Check:

- that you have selected an event type;
- that you have entered the date;
- that the price is entered in the correct format.
The document is not displayed
Please check:

- whether you have specified the document type;
- that you have entered the expiry date;
- that you have clicked the ‘Add’ button.
The document number does not change
Refresh the vehicleVehicles are the means of transport used by Couriers to make deliveries (bicycle, car, truck, etc.). list, then check the quantity displayed next to the ‘Documents’ button again.
You have accidentally deleted the expired document entries
Permanent deletion cannot be undone. If necessary, the deleted data must be re-entered.
