Shipments handled by the Courier Service can be managed under "Live Shipments".

In the table below this menu item, you can see the shipments that the dispatcher has to deal with but which are not yet under the management of the Courier Service.

You can view the packages that have already been delivered in the Package management/Archives menu.

The Transfer function is used to move active consignments between locations. It can be used to change the current location of one or more consignments, for example when a consignment is moved from one depot to another, onto a vehicle, to a parcel collection point or to another location.
