In this menu item you will find a multifunctional file export option. The exported file will contain a table in HTML, Excel or CSV format. This function is mainly used to export a file that can be imported into another program and then batch-move data into it. However, you can also export statements and reports with this tool.
Once you have created a complex query for a specific purpose, you can save it as a template in the Templates section, so that you don't have to set up frequently used queries over and over again. Templates can be deleted.
In the Filtering section you can set the filtering criteria you want to use to create a list.
In the Displayed Fields section in the right-hand pane, you can fine-tune which columns you want to see in the exported table and in what order. You can adjust the column order in the extract by dragging the rows.
