Parcels handled by the Courier Service can be managed in the "Live shipments" menu.
In the table below this menu item, you can see the shipments that the dispatcher has to deal with but which are not yet under the management of the Courier Service.
You can view the packages that have already been delivered in the Package management/Archives menu.
The system allows the use of parcel slots as long as the parcel (group) is in the care of the Courier.
In this menu you can manage your Customers.
